Job Title:  Data Entry Specialist Location:  Hybrid 3 days per week On-site (Deerfield Beach, Florida) Job-Type: 12 Month   Contract (Opportunity for Extension) – 40 hours per week Employment Eligibility: Gravity cannot transfer nor sponsor a work visa for this position. Qualifications We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dealer Services Representative to join our Accounting/Finance team on a contract basis. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the financial services industry, particularly in processing retail and lease contracts from dealers. Key Responsibilities:

• Process Retail and Lease Contracts:
  • Review, verify, and process retail and lease contracts submitted by dealers.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all contract documentation.
• Data Entry:
  • Accurately enter contract details and related data into the system.
  • Maintain and update records as necessary.
• Support Dealers:
  • Provide excellent customer service to dealer representatives.
  • Address and resolve inquiries related to contract processing.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure all processed contracts comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit routine reports on contract processing activities.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience:
  • 1+ year of Previous data entry or administrative experience
  • Experience in a finance or accounting role is beneficial but not required.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
