Data Entry Specialist \Benefits-Onsite
Monday- Friday 8:00am-8:00pm EST
Shift Hours: | Monday- Friday 8:00am-8:00pm
Qualified candidates need to be able to work any 8 hour shift within the above prescribed hours of operation

Position Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or equivalency
+ Must possess basic computer knowledge (MS office, teams, outlook, word)
+ Well organized along with strong computer typing skills for effective note taking
+ Strong data Entry skills
+ Experience with Computers and navigating through Application Software
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Processing data for Healthcare Flexible spending Accounts, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts and Health reimbursement arrangements.
+ Process claims and renewals
+ Will maintain a strict confidentiality of claims and apply HIPPA Privacy and security regulations
+ Respond to the account holders inquiries and concerns of about benefits processes and resolve discrepancies and disputes.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off ( PTO ) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $26640 – $33300.
