Responsibilities:

• input text and numerical data from records data sheets and internet forms into the appropriate electronic data repositories and databases
• Revise existing data inputs when fresh details arrives
• Manage and update document storage for reference materials and resources
• Support other clerical responsibilities like copying fax transmissions and record keeping when required

Requirements:

• Secondary education certification or comparable

• Capability to type at least 35 wpm
• Prior exposure with data transcription client support support services retail telesales or booking appointments
