Job Description

We are seeking two detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Specialists to join our team for a 6-8 week contract, assisting with important data entry work for a healthcare organization. This is a remote opportunity where you will have the chance to work independently while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process a large volume of medical evaluations
Enter data into an existing database accurately and efficiently
Communicate effectively with internal team members
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data
Interpret and input medical terminology from evaluations
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
Use Microsoft tools (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Dynamics as part of your daily tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with reading and understanding medical terminology or shorthand is preferred but not required
Work Details:

Location: Remote
Start Date: Monday, January 6th
Duration: 6-8 weeks (Contract)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Proven experience in data entry
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service skills
Experience handling email correspondence
Effective file organization skills
Typing skills with a high level of accuracy
A background in the education or university sector is a plus
