Do you possess excellent computer skills and relish the task of data entry?   We are currently seeking both full time and part time individuals proficient in data entry using Soft Pro.  B oth early morning and evening, part time positions are available.

Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Clerk , you'll be at the forefront of handling administrative data within the Soft Pro System. Your responsibilities will include:

• Uploading and downloading documents and information from the Soft Pro System with precision and care
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every task is executed accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating seamlessly with various teams to ensure all necessary documents are readily available
• Independently meeting deadlines and delivering top-notch results
• Leveraging your experience with Soft Pro to streamline administrative processes

Qualifications & Experience:

 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven track record in administrative roles, with a knack for being data savvy
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially when the pressure's on
• Stellar communication skills, allowing you to thrive in a diverse team environment
• Self-motivated with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
• Prior experience with Soft Pro is a plus
• Background in Mortgage/Title work is a plus
