JOB TITLE: DATA ENTRY Clerk

JOB SUMMARY: As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data related to our home building projects in QuickBooks Online. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our databases, contributing to efficient project management and operations.

PAY SCALE:$16-$18/HR BASED ON EXPERIENCEKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter and update data into QuickBooks Online with high attention to detail.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring accuracy.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as needed.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, including project specifications, materials lists, and schedules.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a data entry clerk, data entry operator, or similar role.
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
