Job Description:
As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by ensuring accurate and efficient entry of sales orders into our Sales Order System. This role requires proficiency in both English and Hindi, as you will interact with customers and stakeholders in diverse channels including Fax, Phone, WhatsApp, Text, and Email.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Enter and verify sales orders with precision and speed.
Customer Order Collection: Convert orders from various communication channels into sales orders.
Data Verification: Ensure all information is accurate and complete.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and sales data.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with sales and warehouse teams to ensure seamless data flow and support operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with sales order management systems such as Odoo, Netsuite, Sage, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi is required. Additional languages are a plus.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Familiarity with Google Suite, eFax systems, and transcription services.
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to data confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems, particularly in sales and invoicing.
Previous experience in data entry or a related field.
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity (responsibility for accuracy lies with the candidate).
