This role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and deploy advanced data pipelines for a variety of clients, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI and large-scale graph analytics. The Data Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into actionable analytical solutions. You will contribute to the full lifecycle of data solutions, from data ingestion and pipeline development to integration with business-facing applications. This position emphasizes problem-solving, adaptability, and rapid delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values learning and innovation.

Accountabilities

As a Data Engineer, you will:

• Understand client business problems and identify relevant data sources.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to define technical architectures for analytical solutions.
• Implement data ingestion systems to consolidate data for analysis.
• Develop and deploy scalable data analysis pipelines using modern orchestration tools.
• Integrate analytical results into business applications or client software systems.
• Contribute to the automation and productization of advanced analytics workflows.
• Apply Generative AI and other advanced analytics techniques to enhance solutions.

Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• Strong experience with Python, including best practices such as pytest, virtual environments, and pre-commit hooks.
• Proficiency with orchestration tools such as Airflow or dbt.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL engines, including PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or Apache Spark.
• Knowledge of containerization and infrastructure as code using Docker, Docker Compose, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Optional but beneficial experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions), FastAPI or Flask, and network setup.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations, prioritize pragmatism over perfection, and deliver iterative solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI and analytics is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work with international clients.
