As a Data Collection Specialist you will be responsible for gathering organizing and ensuring the accuracy of diverse datasets that fuel our clients advanced machine learning and AI algorithms. Your work will directly impact the development of revolutionary robotics technologies enabling them to deliver robust and reliable AIpowered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Organization

• Collect process and input large volumes of data from diverse sources including sensors images text and audio into internal systems.
• Organize datasets into structured formats ensuring accessibility and readiness for analysis and model training.

Data Validation and Quality Control

• Perform routine validation checks to identify and resolve errors inconsistencies or anomalies in datasets.
• Ensure data aligns with established quality standards and project requirements.

Collaboration Across Teams

• Work closely with the robotics AI and engineering teams to align data collection efforts with specific project goals.
• Partner with technical teams to refine data requirements and troubleshoot data discrepancies.

Data Annotation and Labeling

• Apply detailed labeling and annotation to collected data using AIpowered tools.
• Ensure data annotations meet project specifications and contribute to the accuracy of machine learning models.

Automation and Efficiency Enhancements

• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and processing workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement automation tools and enhance operational efficiency.

Data Privacy and Security

• Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols ensuring sensitive data is handled and stored appropriately.
• Stay informed about industry best practices for data confidentiality and compliance.

Reporting and Insights

• Assist in creating reports and presentations summarizing collected data and highlighting trends or issues.
• Provide actionable insights to support the iterative improvement of AI and robotics systems.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on the latest data collection tools and techniques.
• Participate in training programs and contribute ideas to improve data operations and workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience : 0 to 3 years in a similar role involving data collection entry or annotation preferably in an AI or robotics setting.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with Python Excel SQL and data management tools. Experience with annotation platforms and cloud environments is a plus.
• Attention to Detail : Strong ability to maintain data accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
• Collaboration : Proven ability to work in crossfunctional teams contributing to shared goals.
• Analytical Thinking : Ability to interpret and organize data for practical application in AI training and robotics systems.
