Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a Data Architect specializing in Epic VBPM and Population Health initiatives.
- Utilize expertise in Epic Caboodle Received Claims data model.
- Apply deep understanding of patient care, HEDIS, engagement, care coordination, value-based care, and risk sharing models.
- Work with EMR data, claims data, public health databases, healthcare coding (e.g., ICT), and social determinants of health data.
- Leverage experience or familiarity with Arcadia analytics platform for population health.
- Utilize skills in EPIC EMR Reporting, including PowerBI.
- Demonstrate expertise in data modeling, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX for report development.
- Perform data cleansing and work with ETL toolsets such as SSIS and Matillion.
- Apply data governance principles to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Design efficient data models and manage SQL databases, including SSIS package and SQL query development.
- Follow project travel schedule (typically once per quarter).
- Ensure all candidate submissions include a LinkedIn profile.
