We have an immediate opportunity for a Data Analyst to join a dynamic team dedicated to driving impactful decisions through data-driven insights. This is your chance to play a crucial role in the transition from Salesforce to HubSpot while leveraging technology to enhance our client’s operations.

~ Top Requirements of the Data Analyst ~

• 3+ years of experience using HubSpot for data analysis, system design, and optimization.
• 3-5 years in a relevant role, preferably in the Financial Services industry .
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience in small business and company environments, with roles in Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, or Operations using HubSpot.

~ What You'll Do as a Data Analyst ~

• Collect, process, and validate data from various sources.
• Integrate different types of data from disparate sources into unified reports.
• Provide collaboration and access to data across teams.
• Protect and secure data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Manage the lifecycle of data from creation to deletion, ensuring data integrity.
• Create, prepare, and execute data reports for analysis to support decision-making.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and comfort in learning new systems and processes.

• Strong abilities in data collection, processing, and validation.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources and generating automated reports.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy, and lifecycle management practices.
