Description
SAIC is looking for a Cyber Program Manager to support the Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC) at the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) to monitor, detect, and respond to safeguard the Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSE) ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability identifying, detecting, preventing, and coordinating the response and recovery efforts in response to cyber threats to protect the NNSA’s critical production environments and information and operational technology systems. Work will be located at the customer facility in Washington, DC, and will required a Top Secret or DOEQ clearance to start.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and program management. Ability to articulate technical and strategic concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address security incidents, vulnerabilities, and program challenges. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance cybersecurity posture and program effectiveness. Responsible for cost, schedule, risk management, supervision and staffing for the program. Key interface to the customer.
Qualifications
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field and 14 years related experience OR Masters degree and 10 years related experience
D irect supervision of multiple teams executing various Enterprise Security Operations functions with both classified and unclassified networks
Experience supporting multiple geographically dispersed locations.
Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and providing technical and strategic guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
Proficiency in cybersecurity principles, risk management, and project management
One of the following certifications is required : CISSP, PMP, CISM, CISA
A DOE Q or Top Secret level security clearance is required to start
Must be able to maintain a DOE Q level security clearance
