Customer Success Manager (MarTech & Data Solutions) - Remote

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive renewals and expansion.
Provide hands-on support and strategic guidance to help clients maximize the value of our data solutions.
Collaborate with sales, product, and solutions teams to advocate for customer needs and improve the platform.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to drive growth.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting within MarTech, data, or a related industry.
Proven ability to manage enterprise-level relationships and engage key decision-makers.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer usage data and trends.
Experience with CRM systems, customer engagement platforms, and marketing data stacks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
