Day in the Life: 

Instant Teams is hiring Part-Time (Weekends) Customer Success Agent to join one of our growing teams! In this position, you will work calmly in escalated situations to route calls to the appropriate personnel. This is a remote on call position with post-training hours of:

Friday 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm EST, Saturday & Sunday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm EST

• Route calls should be made appropriately, including offering support to various locations.
• Document and communicate incoming calls (including relevant details) in a form or format requested and a delivery method identified (e.g. Slack, email, etc.)
• Answer incoming calls from current or potential customers
• Utilize the script that has been pre-approved to engage current or potential customers calling the telephone line.
• Determine whether or not the situation warrants escalating to the appropriate specialist or determining the situation does not require immediate assistance at which time the call will be routed to the IT department to be handled in a timely manner during regular business hours.

Due to specific position requirements, we cannot hire from the following locations for this opportunity: Flagstaff, AZ, California, Denver, CO, District of Columbia, Iowa, Illinois, Massachuestts, Montana, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle, Washington and EU countries.

Requirements: 

• Call Center Experience
• Problem-solving skills
• Tech Savvy
• Self Starter
• Ability to remain calm in escalated situations

Training:

• Three days in length (11-13 hours total)
  • Between the hours of 8 am - 3 pm EST, Sunday - Saturday
  • The exact schedule will be determined once an offer is made
