**Job Description:**
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Assisting customers at the parts counter with inquiries and purchases.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Managing the front desk area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
- Directing customers to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Maintaining and updating customer records as needed.
- Performing basic administrative tasks as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- No prior experience needed; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Must have a positive attitude and be eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
