Please call 818-703-8818 to inquire more today. ​ Some responsibilities include: + Receiving and placing telephone calls + Performs full service banking transactions in compliance with legal requirements and bank policies and procedures + Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion + Performs functions including handling cash and other daily transactions. + Achieves sales and referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers to proper bank staff for additional bank products, services and sales campaigns + Maintains currency and coin under prescribed limits + Adheres to bank security policies and maintains confidentiality of bank records and client information Requirements + Proven experience in customer service or a related field. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. + Ability to navigate and utilize customer service software efficiently. + Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering a superior customer experience. + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. + Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
