Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Cleaning Custodian to join our team and maintain a clean and organized environment. The Cleaning Custodian will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain a tidy environment.
2. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
3. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
4. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas in need of cleaning or maintenance.
5. Follow safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
6. Assist with setting up and breaking down for events or meetings as requested.
7.Would be in charge of keeping track of the cleaning schedule for three locations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cleaning and custodial work.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting and bending.
