Are you passionate about enhancing digital experiences and driving measurable results? We are seeking a data-driven, innovative, and adaptable CRO Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on improving digital products across websites and lead-generation platforms to boost revenue and user conversion. You'll be involved in developing landing pages, lead-gen forms, and search-and-compare products across various media channels, with a focus on continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams including account managers, media partners, and the analytics team.
Oversee the creation, launch, and optimization of new products designed to enhance the performance, efficiency, and scalability of our digital offerings.
Work autonomously with developers, designers, and site managers to implement new user flows and products that drive engagement and monetization.
Identify and execute on high-impact opportunities, using A/B testing and performance analysis to continually optimize the digital experience.
Create reports and dashboards to communicate project status, performance metrics, and next steps to both internal and external stakeholders.
Foster collaboration between client managers, engineers, creative teams, and data analysts to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on digital products and optimization.
Strong adaptability across different types of projects, including UX improvements, product scalability, process standardization, and the introduction of new technologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently, while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills, with a strong "can-do" attitude and work ethic.
Additional Information:
The role offers a salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 per year, based on location and experience.
This position may also be eligible for performance bonuses, commissions, and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
