What You'll Do:

MEATER’s Creative Project Manager is the lifeline of our creative team. Well organized and flexible, they should work with all levels of management and possess strong project management skills. The Creative Project Manager plays a pivotal role in keeping projects moving internally and managing requestor expectations. They will engage with internal departments to gather information, as needed, and understand the overall direction of the campaign and/or creative request. Proactively work to move the Creative team members toward completion of project deliverables and supports the team in various administrative activities by building project schedules, forecasting hours for projects, coordinating with different departments to ensure that projects start and finish on time, ensure all stakeholders have reviewed and approved in a timely manner, and enforce process during project workflow.

How You'll Help Us Win:

• Support or act as the primary conduit between MEATER's Creative team and other departments. 
• Accountability for communicating internal plans/methodology
• Run internal client meetings as needed; be responsible for daily communication with key internal contacts
• Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables
• Assist in managing the campaign process and updating of all materials
• Assist in writing creative briefs     
• Ensure projects are completed on time
• Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Produce timely and accurate project reports for internal reference
• Attention to detail and proactive in evaluating recommending, and implementing opportunities to improve internal tools and processes
• Flexible in supporting the creative team on a wide variety of administrative duties
• Assist with maintaining and organizing photo rooms; including props, product and equipment. 
• Assist on photo and video shoots as needed. 
• Proactively book needed photo and video shoots with Creative Producer as needed to fulfill creative requests. 
• Maintain strong and healthy relationships with other departments to ensure the success and teamwork of the brand
• Manage coordination and scheduling of meetings; take and distribute notes and follow up actions for the team.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• 2-4 years of course work or experience in client services/account management in a direct marketing agency or a combination of agency/client side 
• Experience in interactive marketing - email marketing, site design, social media, online acquisition
• Experience with photo and video shoots a plus
• Experience using digital workflows/project management software a plus
• Strong listening and superior relationship building skills.
• High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence, and persuasion skills.
• Be a resourceful problem solver with a positive attitude.
• Remain organized and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to balance quality of work and available resources.
• Strong communication skills
