• Personalized Marketing: Create personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base.
• Cross-Channel Campaigns: Coordinate marketing efforts across various channels, including email, social media, and in-store promotions, to create a seamless customer experience.
• Data Analysis: Dive into customer data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve our products and services.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA, is a Plus!
• Experience: 8+ years of proven experience in customer marketing, preferably within the CPG industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media analytics.
