Position: Corporate Event Planner

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Event Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and project management, with a passion for creating unique and impactful corporate events. As a Corporate Event Planner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from initial concept development to execution and post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, budget, and desired outcomes
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with client goals and brand identity
- Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts
- Source and negotiate with vendors for event services, including venues, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation
- Oversee event logistics, including registration, guest lists, and on-site coordination
- Manage event staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on event progress and budget
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve event planning processes and strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate event planning and management
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
