Contract Technical Recruiter to join their team and drive talent acquisition efforts across IT and finance positions.
As a
Contract Technical Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for various critical positions within our client’s firm. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, execute recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Contract Technical Recruiter Responsibilities: - Partner with department heads to comprehend staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans
- Source, screen and evaluate candidates using innovative and traditional sourcing techniques
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer acceptance
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications and present recommendations to hiring managers
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, outreach and relationship building
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience
Contract Technical Recruiter Requirements: - Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in legal, financial or professional services industries
- Strong understanding of HR, finance and administrative roles and their respective requirements
- Able to be onsite in the northern suburbs of Chicago 2-3 days a week
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field preferred
