MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF CARPENTRY OR FRAMING EXPERIENCE.

Connect Staffing is seeking a Construction Worker for a construction company that works on homes in Orange County.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 to 3:30 pm 

Requirements of a Construction Worker:

• Minimum 6 months of carpentry or framing experience
• Must have own transpiration
• Able to use a saw and nail gun safely
• Able to read a tape measure
• Prior experience in roles such as Construction, Carpenter, Framer, Wood Worker, and Foreman is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Construction Worker:

• Interpreting and understanding construction plans, blueprints, and drawings to determine the specifications and requirements for the construction project.
• Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plywood, drywall, and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Constructing and assembling the structural framework for buildings, including walls, floors, roofs, and door and window frames. 
• Installing various fixtures and structures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and staircases, ensuring they are level, plumb, and securely fastened.
