Job Summary:

The position interfaces extensively with union demolition (D&D) field operations, subcontractors, and client representatives at DOE and DoD site throughout the Northern California region (Monteray, SFO, Pleasanton, Berkeley). This position also monitors field progress and completion of tasks by working closely with field crew leads (Union Foremen) and our General Superintendent to ensure demolition projects are completed safely and accurately while maintaining project budgets and schedules.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple on-going demolition projects at various NorCal sites
• Review new projects when handed off from contracts
• Schedule projects with the field operations team 
• Resolve issues from clients, field operations, vendors, and/or engineering
• Manage project resources, personnel, deliveries, equipment
• Pursue change orders due to changes in project scope
• Protect gross margins through daily communication with the PM and General Superintendent and corporate office
• Complete daily reports and maintain solid communication with PM, General Superintendent
• Resolve potential issues that may arise including project closeouts

  Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Must be a US Citizen
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a company-owned vehicle
• Experience with construction and interior/exterior demolition on commercial and federal projects 

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

  Ability to travel:

• Our project sites encompass a wide geographic area in the Northern California region, possible travel to our corporate office in San Diego for meetings 

  Education :

• High school or equivalent

Experience:  
5 years of construction experience/demolition experience
