Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough post-construction cleaning, including:
• Dust and debris removal from all surfaces (walls, ceilings, baseboards, etc.)
• Detailed cleaning of floors (sweep, mop, scrub, polish)
• Window washing (interior and exterior as required)
• Fixture and appliance wipe-down (restrooms, kitchens, etc.)
• Trash removal and final detail cleanup
• Read and follow scope of work documents and site-specific cleaning checklists
• Coordinate with site supervisors, general contractors, and punch list teams
• Adhere to all safety standards and wear required PPE at all times
• Ensure tools, materials, and chemicals are handled properly and stored securely
• Report progress, deficiencies, or delays promptly to the supervisor

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or commercial cleaning preferred
• Scissor lift certification
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to get to various job sites
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in dynamic construction environments, often around trades
• Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends if needed
