This highly reputable, long-standing Commercial Construction Company is URGENTLY seeking a quality Estimator to join their team! With their great reputation and continual flow of repeat/ new clients, they are in need of skilled, experienced and talented individuals like yourself! This positions requires minimal onsite work and will be done mostly in the office.

Requirements:

* Experience- Masonry & Waterproofing Required
* Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates Degree preferred
* Computer literacy required
* Xactimate experience HIGHLY Preferred
* Preferred programs Autocad, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Microsoft Suite
* Demonstrating sound knowledge in take-off estimating
* Ability to take off a drawing and put numbers to an Excel sheet
* Experience with material and sub-contractor pricing
* Proficiency in handling submittals
