What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Ability to lift 26-50 lbs
• Ability to work in extreme hot and cold environments
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods
• Willingness to walk extensively throughout the worksite

What You’ll Do as a Construction Crew Leader:

• Read and interpret blueprints, follow instructions, and oversee new team members while providing training on previously assigned tasks
• Ensure the proper care, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Perform all assigned responsibilities with efficiency and attention to detail
• Maintain overall accountability for all crew-related duties and responsibilities
