👉 What will your duties be?

• Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide compliance policies and procedures aligned with applicable local and international laws, including MiCA, AML, GDPR, and financial regulations

• Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct regular compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of policies and ensure adherence across all departments

• Risk Management: Identify compliance risks within business processes and implement mitigation strategies to reduce exposure

• Training and Awareness: Provide training to employees on compliance matters, fostering a culture of compliance and ethical business practices

• Regulatory Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory authorities and maintain detailed records of compliance activities

• Incident Management: Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Legal, and other teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes

💪 What makes you the perfect candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A compliance certification is highly preferred

• Experience in a compliance, legal, or risk management role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial services, AML, and data privacy

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across departments

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with regulatory bodies and frameworks applicable to the Czech Republic and the EU is an advantage
