Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage cases and analyze complex legal issues.
Develop and execute discovery plans, conduct depositions, and manage document-heavy cases.
Draft dispositive motions and prepare meticulously for trials.
Foster strong client relationships and provide top-tier client service.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff in a transparent and open communication environment.
Qualifications:

Active member of the State Bar of Nevada with residency in Nevada.
Minimum 7 years of experience in complex litigation fields such as general liability, business, construction, or employment.
Proven ability to handle all aspects of litigation independently.
Excellent organizational, communication, and advocacy skills.
