We’re hiring a Community Outreach Representative (Entry-Level) to help us connect with local communities and promote awareness of our mission and programs. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference, building relationships, and starting a career in nonprofit work, public relations, or community development.
Support outreach initiatives by building relationships with local businesses, community groups, and residents.
Attend and represent the organization at community events, workshops, and informational sessions.
Distribute flyers, brochures, and other outreach materials to raise awareness.
Help maintain ongoing communication with key community partners and stakeholders.
Collect feedback from the community to help improve services and outreach efforts.
Track outreach activities and assist in preparing progress reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach aligns with our mission and goals.
No previous experience required—perfect for recent grads or career changers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups in a public setting.
Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in communications, marketing, or related field is a plus.
Must be able to travel locally for events and meetings.
