Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing creative marketing strategies that drive event attendance and brand awareness.
• Track campaign results and prepare reports with clear insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign messaging and event planning.
• Help coordinate and execute in-person branded events , ensuring a smooth experience for participants and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create printed materials, signage, talking points , and other event-related content.
• Provide daily administrative support across projects to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns stay on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations , or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a can-do attitude and a strong interest in event planning, branding, and face-to-face engagement .
• Ability to work well in fast-paced, team-driven environments .
