Commercial Sr. Roofing Project Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Position Overview
The Commercial Sr. Roofing Project Manager will oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects, including client meetings, scheduling, cost estimates, and budgeting. This position will require a strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials, installation, and repair. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the roofing projects and ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including timeline, budget, and staffing requirements
• Supervise the installation of all commercial roofing projects
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure projects are progressing according to plan
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety protocols
• Maintain all related paperwork and records
• Monitor project progress and adjust accordingly
• Communicate project status to clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall project success

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
• Knowledge of materials, installation, and repair
• Previous experience in project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
