Job Description

Poolsure, an Aquasol Company is searching for a  Commercial Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about ensuring the safety and cleanliness of commercial and municipal aquatic facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, chemical balancing, and minor repairs to keep pools in optimal condition. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance of commercial and municipal pools, including cleaning, chemical testing, and balancing to ensure water quality and safety standards are met.
• Perform minor repairs on pool equipment and systems, such as pumps, filters, and chemical feeders, to maintain operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot common pool maintenance issues, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical levels, and repairs for each facility serviced.
• Provide exceptional customer service, offering advice and guidance to clients on pool maintenance best practices and safety protocols.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and advancements in pool maintenance technology and techniques.
• Collaborate with the service team to schedule maintenance visits and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pool maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting, with a strong understanding of pool chemistry and equipment.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues with pool systems and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and sites.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with willingness to travel to various job sites within the assigned region.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all regulatory and company safety standards and protocols.
