As a Plumbing Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. As a Plumbing Foreman at Active Heating, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Leading a team of plumbers and apprentices on site
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
• Coordinating with project managers and other trades on site
• Ensuring all work is completed on time and to code
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing experience and a solid understanding of plumbing systems and processes. You must also possess strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve and think on your feet. A valid plumbing license and a clean driving record are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year based on experience.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• Organizational skills
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks at a time
• Arrive and be ready to start work by scheduled time
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass drug tests

Experience level:

• 5 years

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Overtime
