MEMCO SER is looking for EXPERIENCED plumber in Hempstead TX to start ASAP!

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for commercial construction and remodeling projects
• Read and interpret commercial blueprints, site plans, and specifications
• Perform rough-ins, top-outs, and final trim-outs
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs on existing commercial systems
• Work with PEX, PVC, cast iron, copper, and other commercial-grade piping
• Ensure all work meets local, state, and national plumbing codes
• Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades on-site
• Mentor and oversee apprentices when needed
• Maintain clean and organized work sites and company equipment

Requirements:

• Valid Plumber license in the state of Texas
• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of large-scale plumbing systems and materials
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction documents
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs, work on ladders, and in elevated or confined spaces
• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
• Experience with multi-level building systems (e.g., schools, hospitals, hotels)
• Backflow prevention certification
