Commercial Loan Officer

I am working with a community bank looking to bring on additional commercial lenders due to a series of retirements coming in 3-4 months. A book of business would be helpful but not required. Position Requirements

* 5+ years in the banking industry
* 3+ years of direct lending experience in commercial, agriculture, or small business lending
* Degree in finance or related business fields
* Knowledge of commercial lending and service
* Knowledge of federal and state regulations for bank compliance
* Ability to recognize and resolve problems
* Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
* Ability to document, plan, market, and lead programs
* Strong credit skills
