Commercial Construction Superintendent
A highly recognized general contractor is looking to bring on Superintendents will all kinds of skills and levels of experience. Responsibilities:
* Management of daily operations of construction projects
* Follow and implement safety procedures
* Communicate progression with clients and project managers
* Manage subcontractors and organization of the project
* Understand the responsibilities of Subs to ensure deadlines are met
* Assign tasks accordingly
* Maintain a daily log of all activities and site conditions
* Coordinate with all professionals involved and more
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on commercial construction experience needed with projects from $5 Million up
Hospital, school and high-end multi-use office projects
Successful track record of managing ground-up commercial
Proficient mentor and leader
General Contracting experience/ Multiple trade supervision
Candidates must have a stable work history
