We are looking for an experienced Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and will be responsible for ensuring that our cloud solutions are secure, scalable, and cost-effective.

• Cloud Strategy & Design:

  • Design and develop cloud architectures that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud strategy, including the selection of appropriate cloud services, tools, and technologies.

• Implementation & Deployment:

  • Lead the migration of existing applications to the cloud, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to facilitate the deployment and management of cloud resources.

• Security & Compliance:

  • Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.

• Optimization & Cost Management:

  • Continuously monitor cloud usage and implement strategies to optimize performance and reduce costs.
  • Evaluate and implement cloud cost management tools to track and report on cloud expenditures.

• Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud services with applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior cloud engineers and developers.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architectures, processes, and procedures.
  • Regularly report on cloud infrastructure performance, issues, and recommendations to senior management.

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing cloud solutions for large-scale enterprises.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform).

• Certifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect preferred.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
