Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Data Manager I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data for clinical studies and development projects, ensuring the delivery of accurate and complete data ready for analysis and regulatory submissions. You will support all data-related activities, including data entry, verification, and scribing as needed.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Lead Data Managers to execute assigned tasks effectively.
Assist in compiling all necessary data management documentation for your projects, ensuring adherence to study-specific Data Management Plans (DMP).
Prepare and input test data for user testing of clinical databases and edit checks.
Participate in study-specific data entry training and serve as a backup for data entry staff.
Conduct basic reviews of clinical study data as required, identifying any incomplete, erroneous, or discrepant data.
Generate discrepancies and update the clinical database based on queries, data clarification forms, and discrepancy management guidelines.
Assist in preparing relevant subject data files and study documentation for audits and quality control.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Experience:

Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Familiarity with LIMS systems for sample management is preferred.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL is a plus.
Proficiency in advanced Excel is essential.
Strong computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets, word-processing, and database software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of precision and data quality.
Travel Requirements:

Approximately 10% travel based on business needs.

Salary: $ 85,000.00 Per Year
