ClearView Building Maintenance Inc. is a woman owned commercial cleaning company expanding throughout MidMichigan. We are currently seeking a Commercial Cleaner (Floater) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of multiple commercial buildings. You will be required to work independently, and travel to different locations on a daily basis. As a floater, you may be assigned to different buildings on different days, so flexibility is a must. Some weekends may be required. Car insurance is required for this position. Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms
• Follow cleaning schedules and instructions provided by the supervisor
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are properly stocked
• Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to the supervisor
• Communicate with other staff members in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform inspections as instructed by the supervisor.
• Specific cleaning requirements will be detailed for each location.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to different locations on a daily basis
• Availability to work a late second shift.
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, run a floor scrubber and be on your feet for 6 to 8 hours.

Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time position with a wage of $14-$15 per hour, depending on experience. Drive time will be paid and there is a possibility of access to a company car for the right candidate.
