Job Title: CIO/CTO
Location: Utah

Salary Range: $225 - $250K + Bonus
Referral Fee: $5,000
Employment Eligibility: Gravity cannot transfer nor sponsor a work visa for this position. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer directly (we are not open to contract or “corp to corp” agreements).
Position Overview:
As the CIO/CTO, you will be part of a seasoned executive team leading an organization through transformational activities as it relates to technology strategies and alignment with the business. You will bring both a business and technology leadership focus to an organization to an organization in an ever-evolving industry. You will report to the CEO, align with the executive team, and lead a group of seasoned technology leaders. 
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction around technology strategy and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead innovation initiatives to create and maintain competitive business advantages.
• Drive innovation and transformation across the organization.
• Lead Data management and analytics related efforts to ensure data governance and security while capitalizing on analytics to gain insights that drive better decision-making.
• Lead cybersecurity, privacy, and risk management efforts to ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
• Engage with Board of Directors to provide updates, collaborate, and align technology initiatives to business objectives.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in IT Leadership
• Experience in executive-level role within technology
• 5+ years of experience in in Banking/Finance
• Experience in Agile Development methodologies
• Strong experience with organizations that integrate 3 rd party software
• Bachelor’s degree required
