Connexure is hiring a Chief of Staff as a full-time job in Atlanta, GA.
As a Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO, ensuring the smooth execution of company priorities and initiatives. This role involves high-level decision-making, project management, and facilitating communication across departments. Connexure, formerly known as Young Consulting was founded by David Young in 1995. Connexure started developing software for insurance carriers to help them better manage their books of business. Today, Connexure is a software company focused on servicing the entire self-funded medical benefits ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution - assisting CO in development and implementation of strategic plans, monitoring progress on key initiatives and ensuring alignment with company goals
Operational Management - overseeing daily operations and management of special projects, identify and resolve operational issues to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Communication & Coordination - Serve as liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams
Leadership & Team Development - Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment, leading cross-functional teams on key projects and initiatives
Decision Support - Provide CEO with data-driven insights and recommendations, assist in making high-level decisions, such as acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the tech industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality
