Job Title: Certified Scrum Master (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader to one or more Scrum teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
• Guide the team and organization on Agile and Scrum practices, principles, and values.
• Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and escalate issues when necessary.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
• Foster a collaborative environment, promoting open communication, and encouraging team members to take ownership of their work.
• Track and report on key metrics, such as velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and team capacity, to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Educate stakeholders and team members on Agile processes and support a culture of Agile thinking across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience in a Scrum Master role, working with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) and techniques (e.g., user stories, story mapping).
• Federal Experience is a plus.
