Your Role:

As a  Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) , you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality therapy to patients in their homes. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and be a key part of helping patients regain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy treatment plans as directed by the OT
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and education
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the OT and care team
• Travel locally to patient homes
• Help patients and families understand care plans and therapy goals

What You Need:

• Active  COTA license in the state of Texas
• CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Home health experience is a plus—but not required
• A heart for patient care and a passion for helping others
