Your Role as a Home Health CMA:

• Provide compassionate, in-home care to patients with various health conditions
• Assist with vital signs, medication reminders, and health monitoring
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Perform basic wound care, glucose monitoring, and other clinical tasks as directed
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the nursing team
• Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment for patients

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CMA Certification in Tennessee
• Experience in home health, long-term care, or outpatient care preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
