CDL-A Independent Contractor Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

• Must have valid CDL-A with a minimum 1-year OTR flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
• No DUI, drug convictions or drug-related charges in past 10 years
• No failed DOT drug or alcohol screens
