Position: CDL A Driver (Home every WEEKEND)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CDL A Driver to join our team on weekends. As a OTR driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations within the United States. This is a full-time position with weekends off during the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a commercial motor vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Ensure cargo is loaded and secured properly
- Communicate with dispatch to receive and deliver assignments
- Complete all required paperwork and logbooks accurately and timely
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized truck
- Report any vehicle issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license
- Minimum of 6 months OTR experience (after training) within the last 12 months
driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work during the week
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
