English Rose is seeking 1  P T Evening   Caregiver - (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our evening team to provide care & engagement with our residents. 

Shift times: Every Other Saturday and Sunday 2p - 10p with the option to add 1 or 2 days during the week

Our staff to resident ratio is 1: 3 in the evenings in our homes so you can focus on providing exceptional care and build those relationships with your residents.  It's the very reason you decided to become a caregiver, isn't it?

Wage Range:  $17 - 24  per hour based on experience, certification & expertise. 

Required Qualifications:

• Relationship focused compassionate caregiver (HHA, Resident Assistant, PCA, CNA)
  • Higher wages and preference given to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing on the MN Nursing Assistant registry
• Passion for leading engaging activities with residents to ensure their holistic well-being
• 16+ yrs of age and able to pass the MDH background check & tuberculosis screening
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for majority of your shift
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Professional and positive attitude
• Cooking & cleaning experience (preferred)
• Valid Drivers License (preferred)
• Current vaccinations for COVID19 (preferred)
• Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required)

Primary Responsibilities of our Resident Assistants: 

• Provide direct care to Residents with dementia and complex medical conditions.
• Support Residents by preparing meals, distributing medication, housekeeping and laundry services,
• Follow programming plans to provide meaningful engagement for the enrichment of our residents lives.
