We are seeking meticulous individuals to join our team as Cannabis Trimmers. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully manicuring cannabis buds post-harvest to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Trim cannabis buds by hand or using trimming machines, ensuring precision and quality.
• Remove leaves, stems, and other undesired materials from buds to enhance their appearance and potency.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for trimming and handling cannabis products to maintain consistency and quality.
• Adhere to strict cleanliness and hygiene standards to prevent contamination.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and workflow.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily trimming targets and production goals.
• Report any issues with product quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Comply with all state and local regulations governing the cultivation, processing, and packaging of cannabis products.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cannabis trimming or a similar role required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
