At Keymik , we’re not just building campaigns — we’re building the future of marketing, and that starts with the people behind the work. Based in Buckhead, Atlanta, our hybrid team blends creativity, strategy, and tech to deliver bold brand experiences. As we grow, so does our need to attract the next generation of creative thinkers and problem solvers.
We’re hiring a Campus Recruiter to own and grow our early-career and internship hiring programs — from campus partnerships to intern onboarding. If you thrive on building relationships, planning engaging events, and finding standout student talent, this role is for you.
The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for designing and executing Keymik’s campus outreach and early-talent recruiting strategy. You’ll manage relationships with universities, plan and attend recruiting events, run our internship program, and help build a strong pipeline of diverse, entry-level talent. This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, with 2–3 days in our Buckhead office.
